The answer may lie in something “beyond” and yet which has perfect foundation or backing. Metaphysics can contribute a lot of answers while questioning a lot of beliefs. 

One reason why metaphysics is highly regarded is because it is the foundation of philosophy.  It helps us to deal with reality.  We would, otherwise be at a loss, unable to explain the existence of things. 

Metaphysics will help us to change our reality.  It will make us confident so that we can control our lives and change our beliefs for the better.  As soon as we are able to explain about the quintessence of things, we can expect things to happen to us.  This works like a prophecy with us acting like prophets in our lives.  This will enable us to have an impact, not only in our own lives but also in the lives of others.

Another way we can change our reality is by attracting positive emotions like happiness and love into our lives.  Positive emotions have a high vibrational frequency and negative emotions like anger and sadness have a low frequency.  The higher the frequency the more the power to change things.

All of the above make metaphysics a science to be reckoned with.  Its very existence gives meaning to the existence of all stuff.  One cannot overstate the importance of metaphysics.
